Vance Dairy Construction has a long history of quality construction and growth. After spending 19 years with Boise Cascade in upper management, Marion Vance, founder of Vance Dairy Construction, purchased the building center in Homedale, Idaho in 1980.

 

This was the beginning of what is now Vance Dairy Construction. A company that now has annual sales of over $30,000,000. Marion continued operating as a retail lumber company servicing both contractors and customers while expanding the business into dairy construction.

 

Vance Building Center won two FHA & VA approved subdivisions that did on-site presold homes. In conjunction Vance built homes under contract on owners property, commercial and agriculture buildings including complete dairy projects. Vance Dairy Construction has since evolved into an exclusive dairy builder.

 

Since 1980 Vance Dairy Construction has built over 50 dairy projects in 11 western states, ranging in price from $2,000,000 to $50,000,000. Vance Dairy Construction owns over $2,500,000 of construction equipment and employs over 150 full-time employees. This means that Vance Dairy Construction can mobilize and begin construction in less than 30 days anywhere in the western United States.

 

Today Vance Dairy Construction is known as a leader in the industry, both in quality and innovative design.
